Well nobody broke the code I take it, so I will say what it meant since it is a dead language anyways. Here is the translation of it, from Latin:

We when populace will to look at our perish to come now, then by no means.

Then the direct wording from that is:

We as people will look to our demise to come today, at that which has no means.

Odd how that translation worked; but hey it’s what comes close to the original wording, is they way it works I guess.

Anyways my money is on Wii, it always has been; in stocks that is.
